Educational Career
In 2008, she graduated in Nursing and Midwifery from the Fernandópolis Educational Foundation (FEF) in Fernandópolis – SP, Brazil.
In 2015, she studied an MBA with a specialization in Management and Auditing in Health Systems at the IPOG Postgraduate Institute in Santa Catarina. His research focused on “Hospital Accreditation and Hospital Certification according to the ABNT NBR ISO 9001 standard in the state of Santa Catarina”. This specialization delved into the intricate facets of healthcare management, particularly in the context of hospital accreditation and certification.
Professional Career
Clinical Nurse at Hospital Oeste da Bahia das Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce in the Pediatric Emergency, Obstetric Emergency, Pediatric Clinic and Obstetric Clinic sectors.
From 2014 to 2016, she continued her impactful trajectory in the health sector as a Nurse Auditor at Unimed Grande Florianópolis, in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.
From 2019 to 2021, Ms. Silva continued her journey of excellence at Cindacta II – Health Squadron of the Brazilian Air Force in Curitiba, Paraná, as an Auditor and Clinical Nurse. Due to her CV and rich experience, she was the first and only Nurse Auditor to join the Brazilian Air Force this year. She qualified for the only vacancy available for this position, joining the audit team.
From 2023 to the present day, she has been actively working at ABRAERO (Brazilian Aerospace Nursing Association), in the role of Nurse Auditor in the Audit Department of the non-profit organization.
